That was a great story. I am persistent but my fixed mindset that I'm trying to change BTW first respond is to say I can't do this anymore to alot of things when I get overwhelmed or stressed. Thanks for this - I first watched this video a few years ago when I was struggling with anxiety. It’s taken me a few years of effort, but I am now in a much better place. There is no quick fix or one video that will solve your problems, but you really can get much better at handling what life throws at you which is the key message here, and once you figure that out it is liberating.

I listen to music 24/7, this includes sleep. 😅 I never listen to negative music as this is damaging as the video pointed out. I love music!
